WHERE IS MY ORDER?

To help us locate your order, and ensure a speedy reply, please provide us with your date of purchase, and order number you should have received at the time of purchase.

That can’t be right? Here at LunagFitness™, we do everything we can to ensure all our products are of the finest quality and arrive to you in perfect working condition. That being said, we are only human and sometimes things slip underneath our radar. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, just use the form below or email us at support@lunag.co.uk to tell us about your issue and we promise to do everything in our power to put it right!

WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We hate extra costs just as much as you do! We commit to ensuring the price you see our products advertised as is the price you’ll pay! Shipping costs are included in the price and they usually take no longer than _____ days to arrive. If for any reason you live in a particularly difficult place to deliver to, like at the top of Lunag Ri, rest assured we will do everything in our power to deliver to you on time but contact us if you have a problem.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Items purchased are refundable up to 30 days from the purchase date as long as they are in a re-sellable condition. A re-sellable condition means the product and its packaging have been unused, undamaged and are sent back in the condition they were received in. The product and packing can be opened and taken apart as long as it can be returned in a similar condition to that it was received within.

WHAT’S YOUR 90-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY?

Here at LunagFitness™, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with all our products and therefore if you’re not happy, neither are we! Every one of our products comes with a 90-Day Replacement Warranty in order to give you that extra peace of mind! Its super simple, just sign up to our scheme by following the instructions detailed inside your product within 14 days of the purchase date and you’ll be protected for up to 90 days no questions asked.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are designed in London, England and then manufactured in China whilst all the time watched over and scrutinised by our teams to ensure the final product is meticulously designed and up to our high standards. Whilst manufacturing in China often gets a bad rap, we disagree with those assumptions. When done ethically, as we do, we provide jobs and income to families who otherwise would have less, whilst also diversifying and building positive, long-lasting relationships with people and cultures from opposite sides of the earth.
